“All is mystery; but he is a slave who will not struggle to penetrate the dark veil”

After a long time…or should I say this year after Guru, Chini Kum…I guess there was no movie which you could at least watch with the urge to see what’s the end…!

“Cherish forever what makes you unique, ‘cuz you're really a yawn if it goes” ~ Bette Midler

But this one don’t know for one reason I told my friend…could be a good one since Akshaye Khanna is in it ;)

For some reason I find this actor ..or rather I should say I think he takes his profession a bit seriously than just mere making money out of it … lol!

“Acting deals with very delicate emotions. It is not putting up a mask. Each time an actor acts he does not hide; he exposes himself.” ~ Rodney Dangerfield

And believe me after a long time…I did enjoy this shocking yet thriller movie of this year :D

Its some new girl Urvashi Sharma…I think she suited for the plot and story and yes Akshaye…as I said I like this actor…his acting and his expressions ;)! Yeah but you will have to tolerate Bobby Deol that’s the tragic part of it but believe me even he would have been surprised to see himself doing a good job!

“Of course life is bizarre, the more bizarre it gets, the more interesting it is. The only way to approach it is to make yourself some popcorn and enjoy the show.”

Abbas-Mastan who have made many other hit movies such as Khiladi, Baazigar, Soldier, Baadshah, Ajanabee, Humraaz…etc have done a good job by making this movie …Oh gosh! I haven’t yet mentioned the name of the movie :O….let me raise the curtain …its “Naqaab” – meaning “Veil”!

“Our own self-love draws a thick veil between us and our faults.” ~ Lord Chesterfield

Songs are also fine …doesn’t make you bore…I liked a dance sequence between Akshaye and the Heroine of this movie Urvashi….! I guess it had some real performance practice that they did ;)

If you don’t have anything to do and want to chill out in this hot weather then take a chilled drink and watch this movie…its not that regrettable …lol! In short as usual Akshaye Khanna steals the show with his power-packed performance.

“Make no display of your talents or attainments; for every one will clearly see, admire, and acknowledge them, so long as you cover them with the beautiful veil of modesty” ~ Nathaniel Emmons

This was a good break for myself after the ‘Techy’ read-thru :D

“Age is not a particularly interesting subject. Anyone can get old. All you have to do is live long enough.” ~ Groucho Marx

“Once a new technology rolls over you, if you're not part of the steamroller, you're part of the road.”

Now a days am kind of busy …yes of course it’s my work but am enjoying it.

I have been dealing with systems and technology world yet it wasn’t that interesting as it is now: D…! Everyday I get amazed with the wonders of the technology and the brilliant mind of human to make it to our most wonderful manner usage!

“Poetry should be great and unobtrusive, a thing which enters into one's soul, and does not startle it or amaze it with itself, but with its subject.” ~ John Keats

Yes, am in Wireless and believe me the kind where this world is heading ….it really makes amazing the way mobile world is moving with its pace and mobility.

“The wireless telegraph is not difficult to understand. The ordinary telegraph is like a very long cat. You pull the tail in New York, and it meows in Los Angeles. The wireless is the same, only without the cat.” ~ Albert Einstein

It is overwhelming sometimes…yet the kinds of projects that am dealing with makes me study more and make aware of new things which I haven’t used or might have just heard. It’s a beautiful view when I look outside my window and indeed an awesome one inside too!

“It has become appallingly obvious that our technology has exceeded our humanity.” ~ Albert Einstein

I wanted to share this with my friends lately am busy in learning and working on many projects at the same time…trying to add value in what I am doing! Finally, I feel good as I learn more and more…reminds me of my school days…only difference is that I don’t have to give exams here … :D yet…when it comes to application…its more than an exam, isn’t it?

“I am always ready to learn although I do not always like being taught.” ~Winston Churchill

All these and yet am wondering technology is like that drug which is good in limitation however said that…when its more than its usual dose it becomes unhealthy!

So true isn’t it? Again it’s manmade: D…sometime I wonder did we progress to win or loose? …the other day I saw a wall paper screen on my friend’s laptop. It was earth as a giant cat eating the moon as mouse: D…seemed quite cute but the fact …if it happens then ….ever thought about this?

“Man's mind, once stretched by a new idea, never regains its original dimensions.” ~Oliver Wendell Holmes

Too many waves and ripples in mind and heart!!! I feel very happy about the learning and the changes that are taking place yet a bit of scare…may be thinking of the worst or…may be thinking if its getting too much…we can’t even take care of our own home – the Earth…yet we boast about our capability – is it worth!!??

“In the spider-web of facts, many a truth is strangled.” ~Paul Eldridge

“Even if a farmer intends to loaf, he gets up in time to have an early start”

What would you say someone who is not professional at work?

Someone who doesn’t take things professionally but personally?

“Intuitive decision-making and mastering this profession are one in the same.”

I am sure life gets mess :D….one can not even look for any chances of improvements…

The relation gets spoiled and the result is work keeps on dragging and the relation gets

rough day by day.

People take chances to blame others and try to convince there end of task as appropriate…

Did you ever have to go through this??

“Personal power is the ability to take action.”

Do share my friends…as I am balancing these two…personal keeping intact yet professionally trying to convey my feedback as what should be the process :D

“A professional is a person who can do his best at a time when he doesn't particularly feel like it”

It’s a roller costar ride…very rough yet with a hope to achieve success…

“Professionalism is environmental. Amateurism is anti environmental. Professionalism merges the individual into patterns of total environment. Amateurism seeks the development of the total awareness of the individual and the critical awareness of the ground rules of society. The amateur can afford to loose.”

“One mark of a great educator is the ability to lead students out to new places where even the educator has never been”

Well, my friends might be thinking what happened after the Canada day…;) ! Well it was US Independence Day and so I get to take off to San Diego.

My friend from Toronto often visits this place and he always told me that’s like a paradise and now I know why he says so …:D

“Everyone has a "best friend" during each stage of life-only a precious few have the same one.”

Boy the place has a class…besides the other attractions!
I am just going to add on pictures here which might give a glance as where all I went!

"You can fall in love at first sight with a place as with a person" ~Alec Waugh

It was a very tiring event everyday, still it was much relaxing. Long drives, music n masti (fun), and company of loved ones …what else you need ;)

“Music and rhythm find their way into the secret places of the soul”

After all the fun and excitement, coming back to home was like a big awaited feeling.
I guess, am on the spree of exploring US…why not when they have so many places to go ;)

“Now and then we had a hope that if we lived and were good, God would permit us to be pirates”

“You cannot build character and courage by taking away man's initiative and independence.”

"They turned the country up on its side, and everything loose fell into California."
"Divine Nature gave the fields, human art built the cities." ~Marcus Terentius Varro, De Re Rustica

"Cities force growth, and make men talkative and entertaining, but they make them artificial." ~Ralph Waldo Emerson

"California can and does furnish the best bad things that are obtainable in America." ~Hinton R. Helper

“There is only one difference between a long life and a good dinner: that, in the dinner, the sweets come last.”

"Nobody can tell about this California climate. One minute its hot and the next minute its cold, so a person never knows what to hock"

"California's a wonderful place to live - if you happen to be an orange."

"Music is your own experience, your own thoughts, your wisdom. If you don't live it, it won't come out of your horn. They teach you there's a boundary line to music. But, man, there's no boundary line to art."

"Flowers... are a proud assertion that a ray of beauty outvalues all the utilities of the world." ~Ralph Waldo Emerson

"California is a queer place - in a way, it has turned its back on the world, and looks into the void Pacific.... It's sort of crazy-sensible. Just the moment: hardly as far ahead as carpe diem." ~D.H. Lawrence

“Voyage upon life's sea, To yourself be true, And, whatever your lot may be, Paddle your own canoe”

“The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you'll go.” Dr. Seuss

"There are natures that go to the streams of life in great cities as the hart goes to the water brooks." ~Philip G. Hamerton
"How hard it is to escape from places. However carefully one goes they hold you - you leave little bits of yourself fluttering on the fences - like rags and shreds of your very life." ~Katherine Mansfield
