“Stay committed to your decisions, but stay flexible in your approach.”

Today as the day was proceeding…I was quite hopeful about a successful delivery of a product…a product that any vendor will feel proud and as a customer …also it will make proud!!! But alas!!! It wasn’t the case..!

“Wisdom is not a product of schooling but of the lifelong attempt to acquire it” ~ Albert Einstein

Some how as a PM I have no trust in the vendor now after so many fixes they keep adding scripts that will mitigate one or the other mistakes of there’s.. And hence I don’t give a green signal to go-live for my project! Its not something any PM would like to do but then…none of the PM’s would like to make a delivery just to meet the deadline and give a crap!

“Trust is like a vase.. once it's broken, though you can fix it the vase will never be same again.”

Even though the launch I had pushed for the week…I was quite feeling comfortable and at peace…that I didn’t make a wrong decision!
After doing all my do diligence…I finally decided to call-out tomorrow morning as an official announcement!

“Follow your heart, but be quiet for a while first. Ask questions, then feel the answer. Learn to trust your heart.”
All this made me to relax and watch a movie… ‘The Postman’ ~ IL Postina , Yes an Italian movie ..Believe me it’s the simplest of a movie that I have seen ever…a slow movie…about a simple guy who is so simple and naïve that he falls in love but is unable to express, he is ready to do every hardship just to get a job and not leave his country…more over what I have seen in this guy –the postman is that he loves to read …and it shows how a simple man can achieve what he dreams for.

“Dreams are like stars...you may never touch them, but if you follow them they will lead you to your destiny.”

An amazing movie …it is slow but touches very deep aspect of life! How a small thing also makes an impact in a common man’s life…its so well depicted in this.

I felt good that I saw this movie…Thanks to my friend who suggested to see it :D

But this quote is for my dearest Jaan gumnaaaam.....

“Life is full of beauty. Notice it. Notice the bumble bee, the small child, and the smiling faces. Smell the rain, and feel the wind. Live your life to the fullest potential, and fight for your dreams.”

Great stories are based on showing those simple feelings which we all share, we can relate. The love of a father to his children, the anxiety of a young man about not finding his first love, the jealosuy of a girl when her boy friend becomes intimate with her friend, the sadness of a mother when her son departs for war and so on..........:) The Postman must have been a great movie.

managing projects can be pain in ___ and back and neck and whole body. I cant say no to my clients and end up signing new project. which means the current one lags and w/out proper resources I find my self in problem. Project Management is art and science. Learning it hard way.

No doubt ..and nature..children ...smiles ..rain...they all injects new life in ones soul...!Thnks alot for sharing such a sweet msg with me :))

I was recallin today..wht Sir Altaf Hussain Hali quoted abt the sour and harsh talks [(which were really rare)] of Sir syed ..
He said...we cant really find praise and blissful sort of things in his words..just because his heart is burning( due to muslims circumstances) so we cannot expect happy talks from a person whos house is on fire !

We are all different. Don’t judge, understand instead!!!
