"Miracles come in moments. Be ready and willing."

All these days I was talking about my friend, collegemate and over n above international musician Milind Date...today we planned to meet ..as I had already missed an opportunity of attending one of his concerts in Pune :(
Any how ...am pretty sure this is not his last..but there is more to come and I will be attending his live concert..:)

It was a short visit to his house but I enjoyed his n his better half's company! We met at Hotel Vaishali...:) any Puneite should know what is vaishali and where is it..and to a Fergusonian...its the home :D !!!
I went to this place and gosh even the waiters remember us :)..I remember I used to rush there only if I was hungry and the mess has no good options for us ;)..and the waiter Vasu...with a chinky eyes when he smiles..though he is a Udupi guy :D.....used to always tease me as I was a bit shy & reserved...so the moment I used to finish the famous 'Masala Dosa' (Indian Crepe stuffed with potatoes)...he used to ask me 'madam, should I bring ice cream..& I used to say no..and then he used to go on with the menu items...gosh...how shy I was :D and another guy...he was known among us and infact even his family might be calling him by that name..'Lingu'...a very nice sober ..calm person but these guys always had that warmth ..the hospitality...!

"Hospitality: a little fire, a little food, and an immense quiet."

I remember at times the college students who used to live in hostels..waiting for there pocket money...these waiters used to bring things for them and used to say...pay later...and I always felt the caring such that of parents..otherwise who..does like this..though they are only waiters and not the owners..:)

"A genial hearth, a hospitable board, and a refined rusticity." - William Wordsworth :D

But Vaishali Restaurant is a part of every Fergusonian...!!! :D For a moment I felt am in my college..:)...I guess we were lost in our talks and few people could make out that we were two crazy sitting there & chatting drinking coffee one after the other..so that we could keep the seats occupied..:)!!!

"Use your precious moments to live life fully every single second of every single day."

Later I went to his home...met his wife...whom we used to see her in the college campus..and till date I felt the same..:) ..and I wish the best for them :)!!!

I didn't know how we started our discussions from art, music, politics..:)...North America...the English...hehe, career, exams, ferguson days...friends..classmates...and the list goes on...yes ..there were moments when we were complimenting each other for being where we want to be :)...I think that is the most important and happiest part of living...You do what you want to and not what others want you to :)....!

"Some choices we live not only once but a thousand times over, remembering them for the rest of our lives."

The time just went on....and suddenly I felt its time to say 'bye'...then guess what...it started to rain with drop by drop...oh...I love this rain :)
